What does a car's inventory record hold?
Its purchase documents captured against the car rather than a drawer, the physical inspection with a condition grade and damage marking, every refurbishment job with the vendor's invoice and proof photos, and its current stage — procured, inspected, refurb, ready, booked or delivered.
How does a car move from bought to ready for sale?
Through a stage machine. Refurbishment jobs are assigned to vendors with a QC gate, proof photos are required before a job counts as done, and only then does the car flip to ready — which the whole floor can see.
Can I load a batch of cars at once?
Yes. Bulk upload is there for when you buy a batch, so a lot of ten cars does not mean ten forms.
How do I see what is sitting too long?
Reports cover ageing alongside the sales funnel, leaderboard and loan pipeline, so a car that has been in stock for ninety days is visible before the month-end conversation.
Does inventory stay separate per branch?
Yes. Branch scoping keeps two showrooms as two showrooms, with one owner view over both.
