Can I try Kenro before paying for the entire year?

We offer something better: a 30-day money-back guarantee. We do all the heavy lifting to clean your data and configure your bays on day one. Run Kenro live on your floor. If it doesn't make your shop faster, we refund the full amount and hand you a clean export of your data.

Are there any hidden charges for WhatsApp updates, extra logins, or support?

No. Your annual fee is flat and all-inclusive whichever edition you take. You can add 2 staff members or 20; we do not charge per-seat. It covers every WhatsApp feature, automatic GST updates, 50 GB of storage, and priority support. Message us and we will walk you through the system and give you the number.

What happens to my data if I decide not to renew next year?

Your data belongs to you, forever. If you choose not to renew, Kenro simply switches to read-only mode after a 15-day grace period. You can still log in, view past job cards, check invoices, and export your history to Excel or Tally. You just won't be able to create new job cards.

I don't have an IT guy. How long will it actually take to set this up?

You can be taking live job cards today. Kenro runs entirely in the browser and on the mobile phones your staff already have. Send us your customer list in Excel, Google Sheets, or Tally. We will upload it, apply your logo, and train your floor manager via WhatsApp.

I own multiple studio locations. Is it one price, or one per branch?

Each physical workshop runs its own annual subscription, so your stock, daily cash registers and GST invoice sequences stay strictly separated. Running a franchise or multi-location network? Message us — we set up organisation-linked reporting across your branches privately, as part of a chain arrangement.
